We live in a society where people generally “eat badly”, not much; in which we usually start the gym only to abandon it shortly after and in which stress is part of our routine. This is why six out of every ten Argentines are overweight or obese, one out of every ten is diabetic and one out of every three adults suffers from high blood pressure.

Of course, these consequences, among others, are the product of a set of reasons, mainly associated with bad habits: unbalanced and disordered eating, lack of physical activity, indiscriminate (and poorly controlled in many cases) consumption of drugs, inadequate stress management, smoking and hundreds of “bad habits.”
Luckily, we are aware of the state of our health and we are interested in improving. According to a study by “Concern Monitor 360º” 73% of Argentines are concerned about their diet, however more than half of the population is sedentary.
Let's just say that awareness alone isn't enough. We know we need to improve our health but we don't do enough. Perhaps that is why any diet or "magical" solutions that ensure you reach a healthy state are all the rage in the country. Sun, moon diet, pills, carbohydrate-blocking powder and even an injection that helps with hunger and satiety; as recently approved, they are all promises of help aimed at a large percentage of Argentines who demand a serious solution to a delicate problem: their HEALTH.
Many of these pseudo-solutions can be an opportunistic business that often ends up worsening the health of the person they trust, as well as disappointing and discouraging a real change in habits.
The responsible question that we Argentines must ask ourselves is: What are the habits that led us to this reality and which should we change?

Slimming down by any method (including surgeries in some cases), without changes in habits is not the solution for overweight or obesity, since after achieving the expected result, if we do not transform the behaviors that initially led us to the pathological state, we will soon suffer from the same conditions again, gaining weight again by focusing on partial or incomplete solutions.
Of course, a change of habits involves much more effort than simply taking a pill or pricking yourself with a needle every day, so it is up to each of you to make the right decision for your life. In some cases changes are not always possible, but in the vast majority it depends on our decision.
Likewise, with the support of a team of professionals and above all motivated, eager and with a good attitude, achieving a healthy lifestyle is very encouraging and pleasant, discovering a new version of the person and taking advantage of their full physical, mental and emotional potential.
