A recent bromatological and environmental analysis confirmed the excellent quality of the water supplied to La Posada del Qenti, complying with the highest standards established by the Argentine Food Code and Resolution 174/16 of the Ministry of Water Resources of Córdoba.
The results show that the water that reaches La Posada del Qenti, through the slopes that descend through the High Summits, is crystalline, without smell or turbidity, with a low conductivity (118 µS/cm) and a total dissolved solids content of just 75 mg/l, values that indicate a light water, of very low mineralization and extremely pleasant to the palate.
The neutral pH (7.47) confirms its natural balance, ideal for both human consumption and the healthy gastronomic preparations that characterise the Posada.
Regarding the chemical parameters, the sample has optimal levels of calcium and magnesium, essential minerals that provide benefits to the bone and cardiovascular system, without exceeding the advisable limits. In addition, no traces of heavy metals, arsenic, nitrites or other inorganic substances that could affect health or the environment were detected.
From a microbiological point of view, the results were impeccable:
