An equation that no one had solved

For years, tourism was divided into two worlds that seemed irreconcilable: the All Inclusive, synonymous with excess, endless buffets and unlimited fun; and health tourism, austere, clinical, reserved for those who had a pathology or wanted to lose weight. No one had thought - or at least no one had executed - the fusion of both worlds into a real, coherent and replicable product.

That changed in 2024, when La Posada del Qenti officially launched Argentina's - and Latin America's - first All Inclusive Saludable program, a concept as disruptive as it is easy to understand: all-inclusive, but with purpose. Gourmet cuisine designed by nutritionists, physical activities adapted to each guest, personalized medical follow-up, spa, nature and real rest. No excesses. No guilt. Without returning home worse than when he left.

"Never has a product been associated, disseminated, much less created, where the concepts of All Inclusive and Healthy are shared at the same time. This took years of work to achieve,” explains Migue Cané, general manager of the establishment and son of its founder.

Years of innovation before the big announcement

The launch of All Inclusive Saludable was not a sudden inspiration, but the distillation of three decades of work. La Posada del Qenti was born as the first approved spa in Argentina in 1996, founded with a vision that was almost utopian at the time: to integrate medicine, nutrition and well-being into a first-class holiday experience.

Nestled in the Sierras de Córdoba within a private ecological reserve of more than 400 hectares, just 50 minutes from Córdoba International Airport, the inn has built over the years a unique infrastructure: hydrotherapy circuit, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, full medical spa, healthy gourmet restaurant with signature menus, 18-hole golf course, mountain trails, gym with personalized attention, cinema room and library. All this is supported by a team of approximately 100 people: doctors, nutritionists, psychologists, physiotherapists, trainers, aestheticians plus the entire operational staff of the resort.

The institution has international recognitions: Tripadvisor Traveller's Choice awards, international quality certifications, certifications of excellence and declaration of Provincial Tourist Interest, among others. With that background, the All Inclusive Saludable concept was not just a new product: it was the natural synthesis of everything built.

What's included (and what makes it different)

At La Posada del Qenti, “all-inclusive” doesn't mean eating uncontrollably and coming back with three extra kilos. It means the exact opposite:

Healthy food without restrictions. The menus -designed by nutritionists- cover all food needs. The proposal is to eat well, in the right amount and with pleasure.
