Otras incidencias en el metabolismo
- One evolution towards a sedentary lifestyle: To survive, the human being had to get food and it was evolving in its ways to do so, becoming easier and easier.
- The importance of heredity in metabolic alteration and obesity: In 1962 NEEL (geneticist) discovered a phenotype that I call, "THRYFTY GENE", Without a specific translation, it would be the saving or selfish gene, because since the time of human prehistory it has been dedicated to saving fats to spend as energy. The important thing is to have high doses of endorphins, which give pleasure so as not to calm anxieties with food or other addictions.
- The metabolic function in our organs: It all starts with a trigger in our brain amygdala of smells, tastes, colors, food forms that releasing substances will give us the feeling of "hunger"
