The temperature begins to decrease and it is increasingly difficult to drink liquid, we bring you two healthy options to include homemade flavored drinks in lunches and dinners. Remember that it is very important in addition to hydrating with flavored drinks, infusions and mate, to drink drinking water.
The water requirement varies according to age, activity and environmental temperature, but the Dietary Guidelines for the Population Argentina recommend drinking 8 glasses of safe water a day. You can distribute two glasses per intake to make it easier.
When we include homemade drinks, we reduce the contribution of sodium, dyes, preservatives and sweeteners in the diet, improving body hydration.
