Las legumbres solo requieren hidrataci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Las gaseosas<\/strong>\u00a0tienen alto contenido de az\u00facar, las versiones light o diet tienen edulcorantes asociados hoy en d\u00eda a la diabetes.\u00a0 La mejor opci\u00f3n es el agua o jugos naturales que dan m\u00e1s saciedad y aportan nutrientes esenciales.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Las galletitas\/facturas<\/strong>\u00a0son ricas en grasas saturadas, azucares simples, con mucho sodio.\u00a0 Se pueden reemplazar con cereales, frutas dehidratadas, frutas secas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Las frituras<\/strong>\u00a0incorporan una gran cantidad de grasas, peor por la reutilizaci\u00f3n del aceite.\u00a0 Se debe cocinar al vapor,\u00a0 hervido, o al horno.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El pan y las masas<\/strong>\u00a0con harinas blancas, las mas industrializadas, los panes mas \u201cesponjosos\u201d son los mas hidrogenados. Aportan grasas y azucares.\u00a0 Cambiar por productos realizados con harinas integrales, con semillas variadas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Los azucares simples<\/strong>\u00a0cuanto m\u00e1s blanca, \u00a0m\u00e1s refinada, solo aporta calor\u00edas.\u00a0 Se deben consumir de ser necesario azucares integrales, negra, mascabo, estevia, miel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Las bebidas\u00a0alcoh\u00f3licas,<\/strong>\u00a0<wbr \/>especialmente bebidas blancas y dulces. Solo aportan calor\u00edas.\u00a0 Se pueden beber con moderaci\u00f3n vinos tintos y bebidas blancas extra brut.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Los fiambres y quesos duros<\/strong>\u00a0aportan grasas hidrogenadas que elevan el colesterol y nos engordan.\u00a0 Se reemplazan f\u00e1cilmente por fiambres magros y quesos sin grasas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Los postres<\/strong>\u00a0est\u00e1n realizados con azucares simples y cremas.\u00a0 Hay que acostumbrarse a incorporar las frutas como postres.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Las golosinas<\/strong>\u00a0aportan muchas calor\u00edas con azucares simples y grasas aun en peque\u00f1as porciones.\u00a0 Se pueden elegir\u00a0 las que vienen sin azucares, con pocas calor\u00edas, incluso chocolates con altos porcentajes de cacao.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Dra.
