Claro que no, \u00e9ste puede alterarse por diversos factores, entre ellos no implementar y no sostener en el tiempo buenos h\u00e1bitos alimentarios.<\/strong> La mejora de una enfermedad metab\u00f3lica o Cl\u00faster depende en gran medida de un significativo descenso de peso o de incorporar las pautas de comer moderadamente.<\/p>\n<p>Para entender un poco m\u00e1s el funcionamiento de nuestro organismo tenemos que remontarnos a 1962 cuando se descubri\u00f3 el <strong>gen ahorrador o ego\u00edsta<\/strong>, llamado as\u00ed porque desde la \u00e9poca de la prehistoria el organismo humano se dedica a ahorrar grasas para gastar como energ\u00eda. <strong>La activaci\u00f3n de ese gen puede darse simplemente por herencia o por un episodio de estr\u00e9s severo o depresi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En el momento en que el organismo guarda reservas como grasas comienzan los esfuerzos de la gl\u00e1ndula tiroidea y del p\u00e1ncreas, y el h\u00edgado se llena de grasa aumentando la funci\u00f3n renal y acumulando grasas en las arterias; lo que lleva al aumento de los triglic\u00e9ridos y del colesterol total y a la disminuci\u00f3n de las HDL (lipoprote\u00ednas de alta densidad o colesterol bueno).<\/p>\n<p>Por eso es vital inculcarles a nuestros hijos desde peque\u00f1os el h\u00e1bito de realizar actividad f\u00edsica, brindarles una rica y buena alimentaci\u00f3n, y ense\u00f1arles a ocupar sus mentes con actividades que proporcionen altas dosis de endorfinas que les otorguen placer para no <strong>canalizar sus ansiedades con la comida u otras adicciones.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, para conservar nuestro metabolismo estable es importante <strong>organizar los h\u00e1bitos alimentarios en base al ciclo circadiano<\/strong>. Nuestro principal reloj biol\u00f3gico se encuentra en el cerebro y es una agrupaci\u00f3n de neuronas que se ajusta por la luz solar que llega a nuestra retina y transmiten informaci\u00f3n para regular nuestro ciclo circadiano.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n hay relojes biol\u00f3gicos en otros \u00f3rganos como el pulm\u00f3n, el coraz\u00f3n, el h\u00edgado, el ri\u00f1\u00f3n y el p\u00e1ncreas; aunque todos est\u00e1n sincronizados por esta agrupaci\u00f3n de neuronas para que nuestras c\u00e9lulas respondan a un patr\u00f3n de 24 hs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Durante el desayuno y el almuerzo nuestro metabolismo est\u00e1 en su m\u00e1xima expresi\u00f3n<\/strong>, gastando casi la totalidad de nuestras ingestas como energ\u00eda y captando todo lo que ingresa para absorberlo, sin saber qu\u00e9 se est\u00e1 gastando. Es el momento ideal para tratar de ingresar alimentos que en otros horarios podr\u00edamos restringir.<\/p>\n<p>Por el contrario,<strong> durante la merienda y la cena el metabolismo est\u00e1 entrando en reposo y absorbe la mayor cantidad de la ingesta guard\u00e1ndola como reserva grasa<\/strong>.
