Hay que hacer actividades globales e integrales para generar gasto cal\u00f3rico y lograr la reducci\u00f3n del tejido adiposo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Consulta: \u00abQuiero trabajar el abdomen bajo\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Respuesta:<\/em> Seg\u00fan el ejercicio que se est\u00e9 realizando, puede \u201csentirse\u201d m\u00e1s localizado en una zona que en otra del abdomen. Pero lo importante es trabajar la musculatura en su totalidad, ya sea para fines est\u00e9ticos o saludables. Cabe aclarar que el ejercicio que se indique depender\u00e1 de la condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica de la persona.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Consulta: \u00ab\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la manera correcta de hacerlos?\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Respuesta:<\/em> Veamos, a modo de ejemplo, la correcta ejecuci\u00f3n de una elevaci\u00f3n de tronco.<\/p>\n<p>a) Acostate, boca arriba, con las rodillas flexionadas y con los pies apoyados.<\/p>\n<p>b) Entrelaz\u00e1 los dedos y sosten\u00e9 la cabeza, sin generar fuerza con los brazos, para poder elevar el tronco. Lo importante de las manos es sostener y mantener la cabeza en una posici\u00f3n neutra.<\/p>\n<p>c) Inspir\u00e1 suavemente y al momento de la elevaci\u00f3n empez\u00e1 a exhalar en forma controlada, separando la parte m\u00e1s alta de la espalda de la colchoneta o camilla.
