Es la \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o&nbsp;donde las excusas para abandonar el ejercicio sobran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, es importante y altamente recomendable hacer ejercicio todo el a\u00f1o. Nuestro cuerpo en invierno se pone en modo ahorrativo, las bajas temperaturas llevan a sumar kilos para protegernos del fr\u00edo, as\u00ed que al no movernos contribuimos &nbsp;al aumento de peso. Por esto y por todos los beneficios que el movimiento nos brinda es importante no quedarnos quietos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando se acercan los d\u00edas fr\u00edos, nuestro organismo se ve expuesto a un mayor riesgo de contraer enfermedades, se nos reseca y da\u00f1a la piel, tendemos a deshidratarnos, nos contraemos y contracturamos por la posici\u00f3n en que ponemos el cuerpo ante el fr\u00edo y tendemos en general a movernos menos\u2026porque casualmente tenemos fr\u00edo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestro cuerpo necesita preservar energ\u00eda para regular la temperatura corporal, para ello realiza\u00a0 una serie de mecanismos internos que logran mantener los niveles en equilibrio. La actividad f\u00edsica, colabora y\u00a0<strong>es clave<\/strong>\u00a0para este proceso, ya que, por ejemplo, a trav\u00e9s de la contracci\u00f3n muscular\u00a0<strong>generamos producci\u00f3n de calor<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>mejoramos la capacidad cardiopulmonar, aumentamos el consumo de ox\u00edgeno<\/strong>, entre otros tantos beneficios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"217238\" src=\"https:\/\/www.qenti.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Actividad-fisica-1-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-217238\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Desde la Posada Del Qenti, queremos darte estas recomendaciones:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1-<\/strong> Realizar siempre una buena entrada en calor, antes de realizar cualquier tipo de actividad f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2 &#8211;<\/strong> Al aire libre y en bajas temperaturas; cubrir boca y nariz, evitando inhalar aire fr\u00edo directo a los pulmones. Cubrir y mantener calientes orejas, manos y pies para ayudar a regular la temperatura corporal. Si mantenes el calor en estas partes lograr\u00e1s conservar la temperatura que vayas generando en todo tu cuerpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3 &#8211;<\/strong> Abrigarnos por \u201ccapas\u201d, de esta manera podemos quitarnos la ropa de a poco para no producir un cambio brusco de temperatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4 &#8211;<\/strong> Utilizar una buena crema protectora facial ya que en invierno tambi\u00e9n nos exponemos a los rayos UV\u00a0y\u00a0para cuidarnos del viento y las bajas temperaturas, que deshidratan y nos dejan la piel m\u00e1s propensa a la resequedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5 &#8211;<\/strong> Hidratarnos antes, durante y despu\u00e9s de la actividad ya que el fr\u00edo, aunque no lo parezca, tambi\u00e9n deshidrata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6 &#8211;<\/strong> Despu\u00e9s de entrenar cambiate por ropa seca y\/o b\u00e1\u00f1ate de inmediato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No importa si sudaste mucho o poco, seguro hay algo de humedad en tu ropa y cuerpo, por lo que es necesario cambiarte por ropa seca lo m\u00e1s pronto posible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7 &#8211;<\/strong> Animate a entrenar YA!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo \u00faltimo y m\u00e1s importante:&nbsp;<strong>NO DEJES QUE EL FR\u00cdO NI NADA TE LO IMPIDA!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recordar tambi\u00e9n que es muy importante no dejar de moverse, pero hacerlo siguiendo siempre las indicaciones de un profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><strong>Prof. Katherine Godoy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fr\u00edo, una manta, un sill\u00f3n, Netflix&#8230;El invierno alimenta nuestras ganas de quedarnos en casa. \u00bfSalir a correr? \u00bfY eso qu\u00e9 era?
