Por eso,\u00a0<strong>un buen descanso reparador es fundamental<\/strong>\u00a0para nuestra salud y bienestar.\u00a0<u>Dormir bien ayuda a controlar el sobrepeso, mejora el metabolismo, disminuye el riesgo de sufrir de diabetes o enfermedades card\u00edacas y fortalece nuestro sistema inmune<\/u>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"big\" src=\"https:\/\/qenti.com\/medical\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Banner32.png\" width=\"620\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Si establecemos\u00a0<strong>rutinas saludables previas al momento de acostarnos<\/strong>, podemos conseguir que nuestro descanso nocturno sea m\u00e1s efectivo y reparador.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00ac87;\"><strong>1. Una cena ligera<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nuestras nutricionistas recomiendan una <strong>cena ligera con verduras de temporada y cocinadas<\/strong>, ya sea al vapor, al horno o en un caldo. Comer verduras crudas de noche puede provocar gases, debido a que nuestro organismo va lento y cuesta m\u00e1s tiempo digerirlas. Se puede consumir tambi\u00e9n algo de prote\u00edna de r\u00e1pida digesti\u00f3n como el pescado. <strong>Evitar carbohidratos y frutas<\/strong> porque tienen grandes cantidades de az\u00facar que no vamos a quemar por la noche. Es importante tambi\u00e9n <strong>esperar m\u00ednimo dos horas luego de la cena, antes de acostarse a dormir<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #00ac87;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;\"><strong>2. Respiraci\u00f3n <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;\"><strong>consciente<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Si realizamos una respiraci\u00f3n consciente antes de dormir, podemos utilizarla para liberarnos de todas nuestras preocupaciones. Podemos <strong>bajar nuestro ritmo card\u00edaco<\/strong> con solo respirar profundamente, para ello, debemos sentarnos en nuestra cama c\u00f3modamente y buscar que al expirar el aire lo hagamos en forma m\u00e1s prolongada que cuando inspiramos. Una buena forma de relajarse respirando antes de dormir es utilizar <strong>la t\u00e9cnica 4-4-2<\/strong>: consiste en contar hasta cuatro mientras se inspira, contar 4 m\u00e1s espirando y una pausa de dos segundos con los pulmones vac\u00edos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #00ac87;\"><strong>3. Practicar Yoga<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>La pr\u00e1ctica del Yoga,<\/strong> <strong>es una de las mejores t\u00e9cnicas para relajarnos y conciliar el sue\u00f1o<\/strong>. Con el cuerpo tumbado boca hacia arriba se relaja el diafragma, respiramos mejor y al irrigar sangre a la cabeza, permitimos entrar al apana. Esta postura trata de llevar las rodillas hacia el pecho y abrazarlas, relajar los hombros, la cabeza y la cara. Puede balancearse de un lado a otro, permitiendo un peque\u00f1o masaje lumbar.
