Y nuestro Fenotipo esta captando todo lo que ingresa para absorberlo, sin saber que se esta gastando. Tratar de ingresar alimentos que en otros horarios podr\u00edamos restringir.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Merienda y cena:<\/strong>\u00a0Nuestro metabolismo esta entrando en reposo y se absorbe la mayor cantidad de la ingesta guard\u00e1ndose como reserva de grasa.
