Por ende, <strong>cuando se habla de Salud, la actividad f\u00edsica es considerada como uno de sus pilares<\/strong>. El ser humano est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para y desde el movimiento, en lo anat\u00f3mico, en lo funcional, en lo biomec\u00e1nico (Batello, N. 2015).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Con una estimulaci\u00f3n promedio de <strong>30 minutos diarios<\/strong>, tiempo que recomienda la OMS, podremos disminuir los riesgos de padecer enfermedades Cardiovasculares como Hipertensi\u00f3n Arterial, Arritmias e Insuficiencia Card\u00edaca entre otras.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Esta pr\u00e1ctica es considerada como la medicina m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mica, \u00fatil, simple y eficiente.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Adem\u00e1s de mejorar el estado de \u00e1nimo, la actividad f\u00edsica <strong>disminuye el estr\u00e9s y la ansiedad<\/strong> tan considerado en la actualidad y en esta \u00e9poca de pandemia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hacer ejercicio progresivo y controlado <strong>ayuda a fortalecer nuestro sistema inmunol\u00f3gico<\/strong>, creando una barrera personal ante este virus que nos afecta a nivel mundial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo celebrar?
