Agregar harina <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">integral. Dejar que crezca hasta que se forme una \u201cesponja\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Mezclar en un bowl los huevos ligeramente batidos con el resto de la leche, la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ralladura de naranja y el agua de azahar.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Colocar en un bol profundo la harina y formar una corona, en el centro colocar los <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u00edquidos, el resto de la az\u00facar y la mezcla con la levadura activada.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Mezclar desde adentro hacia afuera, integrando la harina con los l\u00edquidos. Luego, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">agregar el aceite y formar una masa.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Amasar durante 5 minutos hasta obtener una masa lisa. Que no se pegue en las <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">manos.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Formar un bollo y dejar reposar 60 minutos en un bol enharinado y tapado por <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">film.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Amasar desgasificando la masa y formar un rect\u00e1ngulo prolijo. colocar encima, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">presionando para que se pegue, el mix de frutos secos, el az\u00facar mascabo, las <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">peras y la canela.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Enrollar comprimiendo muy bien y unir las puntas.
