Le invitamos a ser consumidor consciente y a comprender porque es tan importante no consumir sal en exceso.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 16px;\">El consumo excesivo de sal es el\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 16px;\">principal factor de riesgo de\u00a0hipertensi\u00f3n arterial\u00a0en la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS) recomienda 5 gr. de sal de mesa diarios como m\u00e1ximo. En\u00a0Argentina, seg\u00fan datos del Ministerio de Salud de la Naci\u00f3n,\u00a0el consumo de sal por persona ronda los 12 gr. diarios.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> La mayor\u00eda del sodio que se consume habitualmente proviene de los\u00a0alimentos procesados\u00a0o industrializados, donde los consumidores no tienen participaci\u00f3n ni conocimiento sobre la cantidad de sal agregada. En nuestro pa\u00eds se calcula que\u00a0entre el<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 65% y el 70% de la sal que se consume proviene de dichos alimentos.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> La producci\u00f3n creciente de alimentos ultraprocesados, la r\u00e1pida urbanizaci\u00f3n y la modificaci\u00f3n de los modos de vida est\u00e1n cambiando los h\u00e1bitos alimentarios. Los alimentos muy elaborados son cada vez m\u00e1s elegidos y accesibles.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 16px;\">La hipertensi\u00f3n es una de las principales causas de muerte prematura de discapacidad por enfermedades no transmisibles\u00a0como el infarto, los accidentes cerebro vasculares y las enfermedades renales.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Las poblaciones del mundo entero consumen alimentos m\u00e1s ricos en energ\u00eda que contienen muchas grasas saturadas, \u00e1cidos grasos trans, az\u00facar y sal y son pobres en micronutrientes y fibra alimentaria.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Al mismo tiempo, al modificar sus h\u00e1bitos alimentarios, las personas consumen menos frutas, verduras y fibras (presentes en los cereales integrales y legumbres), que son los elementos clave de una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #00ae86;\"> \u00bfC\u00f3mo reducir el consumo de sal en casa?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00ae86;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #000000;\">No agregue sal durante la preparaci\u00f3n de los alimentos, reemplazela\u00a0por hierbas arom\u00e1ticas y condimentos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Marine las carnes con hierbas, jugo de lim\u00f3n, para evitar agregarles sal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">No ponga el salero en la mesa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Limite el consumo de snacks y alimentos ricos en sodio como calditos, fiambres, embutidos, alimentos enlatados y productos de panader\u00eda industrializados.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Reemplace los alimentos enlatados por alimentos congelados.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Escoja productos hipo s\u00f3dicos.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: right;\">Lic.
