Deja reposar unos 15&#8242;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">En otro recipiente preparas harina, sal, bicarbonato y mezcla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">Una ves que esta lista la levadura haces un hueco en el centro de la harina y la incorporas junto con el resto de los ingredientes, huevo, az\u00facar, manteca, etc. <strong>menos La ralladura de lim\u00f3n y naranja, las frutas secas, pasas, etc.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Un\u00eds<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00a0todo la masa, vas a notar que te va quedar muy pegajosa (no te preocupes), amasa unos 15&#8242;, <strong>no tientes con poner mas harina&#8230; Noooooo&#8230;!!!!<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">Amasa&#8230; de a poco vas a notar como esa cosa pegajosa y chiclosa, se transforma en una masa <strong>suave, blanda, y hermosa!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Deja levar en lugar templado<\/strong>, cuando duplic\u00f3 su volumen estiras y le pones lo que desees, frutas secas, chips de chocolate, etc. Yo la divid\u00ed\u00a0en 2 a una parte le puse semillas de s\u00e9samo negro, semillas de girasol, de lino y cascaritas de naranja confitadas, a la otra parte le puse nueces, pasas de uva, fruta abrillantada y almendras.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Luego podes pintar con huevo o leche (dicen por all\u00ed que tambi\u00e9n se puede con vino blanco, todav\u00eda no prob\u00e9, si probas avisa \ud83d\ude09 y llevas a horno entre 180\u00b0 o 200\u00b0 por unos 30&#8242; o 40&#8242;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\"><strong>Tips:<\/strong> La ralladura de lim\u00f3n y naranjas podes agregarla a la preparaci\u00f3n, o bien, el d\u00eda anterior a realizar el pan dulce incorporas al az\u00facar la ralladura y la guardas en un frasco de vidrio, el sabor que le deja es incre\u00edble y el aroma ni te cuento&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\"><strong>Otro:<\/strong> para que la fruta te quede de forma pareja, estiras la masa finitita, con un palote, (esto si queres que tenga mucha fruta o semillas), luego enrollas hasta formar un rollito largo, cortas en rodajas y los aplastas en el centro del rollo, vas apilando uno sobre otro, luego haces una bolita y dejas levar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\"><strong>Aclaraci\u00f3n:<\/strong> <em>la harina integral es una harina pesada<\/em> por lo tanto no va a quedarte algo s\u00faper esponjoso, sin embargo vas a ver que es muy rico y sobre todo muy saludable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\">\u00a1Espero lo disfrutes y nos cuentes como te fue, A disfrutarlo!<\/span><\/h1>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Renzo nos explica esta rica receta de Pan dulce integral navide\u00f1o.
