Estos nutrientes ayudan a adquirir un sinf\u00edn de beneficios para la salud con tan solo incorporar peque\u00f1as cantidades a nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n diaria.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Entonces, los superalimentos son alimentos que tienen efectos positivos en la salud humana por su composici\u00f3n y naturaleza.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>El prop\u00f3sito principal de los superalimentos es nutrir nuestro organismo con nutrientes vitales que le permiten fortalecer el sistema inmune, ayudan a desintoxicarlo y, adem\u00e1s, reducen el riesgo de enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los superalimentos que de a poco va ganando popularidad es el <strong><em>Kale <\/em><\/strong>que es una hortaliza de la familia de las cruc\u00edferas (br\u00f3coli, coliflor, repollo, etc.). Esta popularidad se debe a los numerosos beneficios que aporta su consumo dentro de los cuales encontramos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contiene una gran cantidad de prote\u00ednas para tratarse de una hortaliza. En el kale se encuentran los 8 amino\u00e1cidos esenciales y muchos de los no esenciales.<\/li>\n<li>Es alto en vitaminas, minerales y antioxidantes, lo que le otorga propiedades anti cancer\u00edgenas, anti envejecimiento y reguladoras del sistema inmune.<\/li>\n<li>Aporta gran cantidad de calcio.<\/li>\n<li>Aporta \u00e1cidos grasos esenciales.<\/li>\n<li>Posee alto contenido en fibra, lo cual es beneficioso para el tr\u00e1nsito intestinal y para la regulaci\u00f3n de los niveles de az\u00facar y triglic\u00e9ridos en sangre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El kale puede consumirse tanto crudo como cocido en distintas preparaciones como ensaladas, tortillas, al horno, en tartas, batidos y jugos.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n te compartimos una recta s\u00faper f\u00e1cil de realizar para que puedas empezar a incluir de a poco estos superalimentos y mejorar as\u00ed tu salud en general.<\/p>\n<h2>Batido de kale, banana y kiwi<\/h2>\n<p><strong><em>Ingredientes:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hojas de kale<\/li>\n<li>1 kiwi<\/li>\n<li>1 banana<\/li>\n<li>1 yogur<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita semillas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Preparaci\u00f3n: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cortar las hoja quit\u00e1ndoles el tronco, lavarlas y picarlas<\/li>\n<li>Pelar el kiwi y la banana y cortar en trozos.<\/li>\n<li>Poner todos los ingredientes en el vaso de la batidora.
