{"id":214793,"date":"2020-08-24T13:43:24","date_gmt":"2020-08-24T16:43:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.qenti.com\/?p=214793"},"modified":"2020-08-24T13:43:24","modified_gmt":"2020-08-24T16:43:24","slug":"recetas-de-snacks-saludables","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/qenti.com\/medical\/recetas-de-snacks-saludables\/","title":{"rendered":"Receta: Snacks saludables para disfrutar sin culpa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy les traemos un par opciones saludables para tener a mano cuando el hambre ataca entre comida y comida. <strong>Garbanzos crocantes<\/strong> y<strong> chalitas de harina de garbanzo y semillas<\/strong>, en reemplazo de los famosos snacks de copet\u00edn y las galletas, grisines o panes, son ideales para acompa\u00f1ar los diferentes quesos, verduras y pastas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Garbanzos crocantes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-214794\" src=\"https:\/\/www.qenti.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/garbanzos-crocantes-IMG_8826b.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/qenti.com\/medical\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/garbanzos-crocantes-IMG_8826b.png 600w, https:\/\/qenti.com\/medical\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/garbanzos-crocantes-IMG_8826b-300x240.png 300w, https:\/\/qenti.com\/medical\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/garbanzos-crocantes-IMG_8826b-480x384.png 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g de garbanzos.<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas soperas de aceite de oliva.<\/li>\n<li>Condimentos a gusto: aj\u00ed molido, piment\u00f3n dulce, or\u00e9gano, albahaca.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Paso a paso:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Dejar los garbanzos en remojo por 8\/12 hs. (en la heladera, cubiertos de agua potable).<\/li>\n<li>Una vez transcurrido ese tiempo, cambiar el agua de remojo, enjuagar y hervirlos, en abundante agua (sin agregar sal).<\/li>\n<li>Una vez hervidos (al dente o pasados) colar.<\/li>\n<li>En una placa de horno colocar los garbanzos, los condimentos y el aceite de oliva, cocinar en horno medio por 35\/45 minutos\u00a0 o hasta que est\u00e9n crocantes.<\/li>\n<li>Se pueden guardar en la heladera por 5 d\u00edas (en un recipiente cerrado).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>#QentiTip: Mientras m\u00e1s condimentes los garbanzos, menos sal de mesa vas a usar.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Chalitas de harina de garbanzo y semillas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-214795\" src=\"https:\/\/www.qenti.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/chalitas.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/qenti.com\/medical\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/chalitas.png 600w, https:\/\/qenti.com\/medical\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/chalitas-300x240.png 300w, https:\/\/qenti.com\/medical\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/chalitas-480x384.png 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g de harina de garbanzos.<\/li>\n<li>200 g de harina leudante (puede ser integral y polvo de hornear).<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva.<\/li>\n<li>4 cucharadas de semillas (mix de ch\u00eda, lino y s\u00e9samo).<\/li>\n<li>Condimentos a gusto: or\u00e9gano, provenzal, tomillo.<\/li>\n<li>Agua c\/n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Paso a paso:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mezclar las harinas, formando una corona sobre la mesada de trabajo.<\/li>\n<li>En el centro colocar el aceite, las semillas, los condimentos y comenzar a integrar con las manos.<\/li>\n<li>Luego ir agregando de a poco el agua (natural).<\/li>\n<li>Una vez formado el bollo, dejar reposar por 30 min.<\/li>\n<li>Estirar con ayuda de un palo de amasar sobre la mesada limpia y enharinada (1 cm de alto aproximadamente).<\/li>\n<li>Dar forma a las chalitas (rect\u00e1ngulos, tri\u00e1ngulos), y colocarlas sobre una placa de horno previamente aceitada.<\/li>\n<li>Cocinar a fuego medio\/alto hasta que doren (15 min. aproximadamente)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>#QentiTip: El aceite de oliva ayuda a saborizar.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Recuerden que todos los alimentos est\u00e1n permitidos, siempre cuidando la cantidad que consumimos.
