Agregar piment\u00f3n y aj\u00ed molido. Hidratar con el caldo, salpimentar a gusto.<\/p>\n<p>3) Locro:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dorar en una sart\u00e9n los cubos del jam\u00f3n y a continuaci\u00f3n sellar los bifes de carne (vacuna o de cerdo) magra. Trozarlos y reservar.<\/li>\n<li>Preparar un fondo de cocci\u00f3n con cebolla, cebolla de verdeo y puerro.<\/li>\n<li>Desglasar con caldo y agregar a esta base arom\u00e1tica los bifes y el jam\u00f3n cubeteados.<\/li>\n<li>Agregar las legumbres (choclo dulce, porotos, garbanzos etc.), caldo y el pur\u00e9 de zapallo.<\/li>\n<li>Unir y condimentar con sal, pimienta y comino.
