{"id":209370,"date":"2020-04-08T09:43:37","date_gmt":"2020-04-08T12:43:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.qenti.com\/?p=209370"},"modified":"2020-04-08T09:43:37","modified_gmt":"2020-04-08T12:43:37","slug":"una-pascua-con-muchos-colores-y-nutrientes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/qenti.com\/medical\/una-pascua-con-muchos-colores-y-nutrientes\/","title":{"rendered":"Receta de Huevo de Pascua Saludable para hacer en casa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Como muchos saben, nos encontramos en el mes que se celebra Semana Santa y en el cual todos esperan el domingo para comer el ansiado huevo de Pascuas, especialmente los ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>En este momento que estamos transitando, y que podemos aprovechar m\u00e1s tiempo de lo habitual para pasar con nuestra familia, les traemos una receta para poder realizarla entre todos y disfrutar de los momentos de la cocina.<\/p>\n<p>Los huevos de chocolate comerciales son muy ricos en az\u00facares y vac\u00edos en nutrientes esenciales, es por eso que nuestra receta incluye ingredientes que nos aportan m\u00e1s vitaminas y a la vez much\u00edsimo sabor.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-209371\" src=\"https:\/\/www.qenti.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Captura-de-Pantalla-2020-04-07-a-las-19.51.03.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"571\" height=\"459\" srcset=\"https:\/\/qenti.com\/medical\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Captura-de-Pantalla-2020-04-07-a-las-19.51.03.png 571w, https:\/\/qenti.com\/medical\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Captura-de-Pantalla-2020-04-07-a-las-19.51.03-300x241.png 300w, https:\/\/qenti.com\/medical\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Captura-de-Pantalla-2020-04-07-a-las-19.51.03-480x386.png 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 571px) 100vw, 571px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Huevo de Chocolate relleno de crema de lim\u00f3n y frutas<\/strong>\u00a0 &#8211; Ingredientes para 4 unidades <em>Para el Huevo de Chocolate<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 g Chocolate amargo de 60% o mayor<\/li>\n<li>Molde chico (n\u00ba 9) para huevo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Para el relleno<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 yemas<\/li>\n<li>1 clara<\/li>\n<li>250 ml de leche descremada<\/li>\n<li>100 ml de jugo de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Ralladura de medio lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd de edulcorante liquido<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 de taza de almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz (40gr)<\/li>\n<li>40 g de almendras<\/li>\n<li>40 g de nueces<\/li>\n<li>100 g de frutilla<\/li>\n<li>100 g de kiwi<\/li>\n<li>50 g de ar\u00e1ndanos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-209372\" src=\"https:\/\/www.qenti.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Captura-de-Pantalla-2020-04-07-a-las-19.49.23.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"462\" srcset=\"https:\/\/qenti.com\/medical\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Captura-de-Pantalla-2020-04-07-a-las-19.49.23.png 584w, https:\/\/qenti.com\/medical\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Captura-de-Pantalla-2020-04-07-a-las-19.49.23-300x237.png 300w, https:\/\/qenti.com\/medical\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Captura-de-Pantalla-2020-04-07-a-las-19.49.23-480x380.png 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 584px) 100vw, 584px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Manos a la obra<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Rallar el chocolate, ponerlo en un bol y derretirlo a ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>Verterlo en molde para hacer huevos<\/li>\n<li>Colocar el molde boca abajo y ponerlo en la heladera para solidifique el chocolate<\/li>\n<li>Desmoldarlos<\/li>\n<li>Para el relleno debemos mezclar las yemas y el huevo con el almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz, sin que quede ni un grumo.<\/li>\n<li>Luego agregar el jugo de lim\u00f3n y la leche de a poco.<\/li>\n<li>Llevar a fuego alto con una olla de doble fondo. Ir revolviendo siempre con una esp\u00e1tula.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando hierva y espese, retirar del fuego, pasar a un recipiente, cubrir con film tocando la superficie.<\/li>\n<li>Llevar al freezer o a la heladera hasta que enfr\u00ede.<\/li>\n<li>Por \u00faltimo agregar la vainilla y el endulzante.<\/li>\n<li>Colocar la preparaci\u00f3n solo por la mitad del huevo y finalmente decorar por encima diversas frutas y las almendras y nueces para que quede colorido y nutritivo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Lic.
