Esto implicara que tu cuerpo y tu mente no pierda el ritmo normal, y por sobre todo que el metabolismo y las hormonas sigan funcionando como corresponde.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tomar sol al menos 15 minutos al d\u00eda.<\/strong> Es necesario por la vitamina D, ya que sin el sol y la luz del d\u00eda nuestros huesos se ver\u00e1n afectados a largo plazo. No se necesita que sea durante el mediod\u00eda, sino que es mejor durante las 9 y 10 de la ma\u00f1ana o entre las 17 a 18 hs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Realizar actividad f\u00edsica durante 30 minutos al d\u00eda<\/strong> adem\u00e1s de las cosas cotidianas que nos implican estar en movimiento. Para saber que hacer es importante consultar con profesores de educaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica ya que no todos podemos hacer lo mismo, y as\u00ed evitar alguna lesi\u00f3n o dolor durante estos momentos que est\u00e1 complicado salir de la casa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Evitar estar muchas horas sentado y frente a pantallas.<\/strong> Tratar que no sean mas de 2 hs seguidas. Aprovechar estos d\u00edas para descubrir habilidades nuevas, para leer aquel libro que siempre tuviste ganas, para esas manualidades que te gustaban hacer, para limpiar, ordenar y cambiar todo de lugar, etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Planificar las comidas para la semana<\/strong>, asi a la hora de hacer las compras, sea online o en el supermercado, no se compre alimentos innecesarios y haya un buen uso de lo que tenemos. Para eso es muy importante hacer un listado y no desviarse de la compra.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tratar de diferenciar el hambre emocional del hambre real<\/strong>. Esto es un punto clave para estos d\u00edas que se encontrara en situaciones en las cuales querr\u00e1 comer sin sentir realmente hambre. Estos momentos que podr\u00e1n ser repetitivos incrementaran nuestra ingesta diaria, aportando m\u00e1s de lo que tu organismo necesita.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Lic.
