De esta manera, se pueden encontrar l\u00e1cteos, pastas o galletitas con una cantidad considerable de fibra alimentaria.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas para la Agricultura y la Alimentaci\u00f3n (FAO) y la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS) y las Gu\u00edas Alimentarias para la Poblaci\u00f3n Argentina (GAPAs) se recomienda consumir 5 porciones de frutas y verduras al d\u00eda adem\u00e1s de optar siempre que sea posible, cereales integrales e incorporar legumbres. De esta manera estar\u00edamos consumiendo los 20 \u2013 30 gr diarios de fibra diario que se recomienda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recomendaciones para aumentar el consumo de fibra:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Consuma frutas y verduras con c\u00e1scara o piel, ya que tienen un gran contenido de fibra.<br \/>\n\u2022 Elija consumir la fruta entera y no solo sus jugos. El jugo de frutas tiene menor cantidad de fibra que la fruta entera.<br \/>\n\u2022 Tener en cuenta el tiempo de cocci\u00f3n. Recuerde que cuanto m\u00e1s cocine el alimento, menor ser\u00e1 su contenido de fibra.<br \/>\n\u2022 Incorpore semillas de lino, ch\u00eda, s\u00e9samo, u otras, en sus comidas. Las semillas tienen gran cantidad de fibra.<br \/>\n\u2022 Consuma panes y galletitas elaboradas con harinas de granos enteros.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prefiera las versiones de panes, arroces o pastas integrales antes que sus versiones refinadas.<br \/>\n\u2022 Incorpore en su alimentaci\u00f3n las legumbres como lentejas, arvejas, porotos, garbanzos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Lic.
