Ellos son los ni\u00f1os y los adultos mayores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tips para mantenernos hidratados<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hacer el h\u00e1bito de tomar un vaso de agua al levantarse y otro antes de irse a dormir.<\/li>\n<li>No esperar a tener sed. La sed significa que nuestro cuerpo ya tiene un 2% de deshidrataci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Llevar siempre una botellita de agua, sea la calle, trabajo, lo de un amigo, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Antes de salir de casa beber un vaso de agua como tambi\u00e9n al regresar.<\/li>\n<li>Record\u00e1 que si realizas actividad f\u00edsica es importante hidratarse antes, durante y despu\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Las infusiones, sopas, mate deben ser contabilizados fuera del agua propiamente dicho, aunque\u00a0 durante \u00e9stas \u00e9pocas nos ayudan a incorporar l\u00edquidos.<\/li>\n<li>Evitar consumir alcohol y gaseosas. Si no nos gusta el agua sola, podemos agregarle lim\u00f3n, jengibre o alguna fruta para darle un gusto distinto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Algo importante para destacar es que las gaseosas realizan la acci\u00f3n contraria, es decir, nos deshidratan.
