Sin embargo, eliminarlas de nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n no contribuir\u00eda a tener una vida sana. No es saludable evitar las harinas porque forman parte de los hidratos de carbono complejos, que son nuestra principal fuente de energ\u00eda. El cerebro se alimenta exclusivamente de glucosa obtenida a partir de los hidratos, es decir que si no los consumimos, vamos a tener que utilizar otras fuentes como grasas y prote\u00ednas para obtener energ\u00eda; \u00e9sto produce no solo p\u00e9rdida de masa muscular y deshidrataci\u00f3n sino que tambi\u00e9n genera cambios en el humor, aumenta el cansancio, la irritabilidad y puede ocasionar mareos.<\/p>\n<p>La harina es la molienda de un cereal, de una legumbre o de una semilla. Hay muchos tipos de harinas: de amaranto, de ch\u00eda, de centeno, entre otros. La harina se la asocia a la cl\u00e1sica, a la de trigo blanca. <strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la diferencia entre la harina blanca y el resto?\u00a0<\/strong> La diferencia es que se le saca el salvado, no queda \u00edntegro. S\u00f3lo queda la parte del medio, la que tiene menos nutrientes Las harinas integrales poseen el grano entero, por lo que aportan m\u00e1s fibra, vitaminas, minerales y brinda mayor saciedad. Por eso siempre, si se puede elegir, es preferible una harina integral. Si bien la harina integral es mucho m\u00e1s sana, <strong>las calor\u00edas son las mismas en todas las harinas<\/strong>. La clave es no excederse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Se puede comer harinas y bajar de peso<\/strong>. Aprender a comer de todo es la mejor soluci\u00f3n para poder lograr resultados sostenibles a lo largo del tiempo. La idea no es prohibir harinas o hidratos de carbono, sino aprender a moderarlos.
