Hay que tener siempre en cuenta que una rutina inadecuada, puede ser hasta peligrosa para nuestra salud.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Seguir un entrenamiento variado.<\/strong> Hacer siempre lo mismo, aburre y lleva a abandonar la actividad. Adem\u00e1s nuestro cuerpo se adapta r\u00e1pido a est\u00edmulos repetitivos. La recomendaci\u00f3n: primero hacer lo hay que hacer y luego incorporar algo que nos resulte entretenido.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tener un descanso reparador.<\/strong> Es fundamental para estimular la liberaci\u00f3n de la hormona de crecimiento, lo cual favorece el incremento de la masa muscular, la construcci\u00f3n \u00f3sea y la eliminaci\u00f3n de grasas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hacerse fuerte.<\/strong> El entrenamiento de fuerza permite aumentar y mejorar la calidad muscular y permite un descenso saludable. Adem\u00e1s, previene la posibilidad de lesiones, da mayor estabilidad articular y m\u00e1s seguridad al movernos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pensar en el entrenamiento invisible.<\/strong> M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del entrenamiento pautado, es fundamental sumar movimientos la mayor parte del d\u00eda. El desaf\u00edo es buscar excusas para moverse.
