Tambi\u00e9n el magnesio es un mineral importante para la utilizaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda, y lo encontramos en hortalizas de hojas verdes.<\/li>\n<li>Los fitoqu\u00edmicos que abundan en las frutas y verduras, tienen alto poder antioxidante y son los responsable del color de estos alimentos.<\/li>\n<li>Junto con los cereales integrales, estos alimentos son los que mayor cantidad de fibra poseen, nutriente indispensable para el buen funcionamiento del intestino.
