Se debe pasar varias veces por agua corriente\u00a0 y dejar escurrir.<\/p>\n<p>Picar la cebolla y corta la zanahoria en cubitos muy peque\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Colocar una olla de fondo grueso al fuego con el aceite (1 cda. generosa) y blanquea la cebolla.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adir la qu\u00ednoa y revuelve de modo que se perle, como se hace con el arroz para el risotto.<\/p>\n<p>Agregar la zanahoria cortada bien chiquita y cubrir con agua caliente (dos partes de agua por cada parte de qu\u00ednoa). Sazonar con la sal y la c\u00farcuma.<\/p>\n<p>Cocinar a fuego suave, revolviendo de vez en cuando, unos 20 minutos. Los granos deben duplicar su volumen. Dado que usamos man\u00ed no tostado se debe agregar a la cocci\u00f3n.
