{"id":10424,"date":"2016-04-25T16:22:28","date_gmt":"2016-04-25T19:22:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.qenti.com\/?p=10424"},"modified":"2016-04-25T16:22:28","modified_gmt":"2016-04-25T19:22:28","slug":"aprende-a-disfrutar-de-las-pastas-de-forma-saludable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/qenti.com\/medical\/aprende-a-disfrutar-de-las-pastas-de-forma-saludable\/","title":{"rendered":"Aprende a disfrutar de las pastas de forma saludable"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>La pasta se puede elaborar con diversos cereales, pero el m\u00e1s com\u00fan es el trigo: el blando y el duro, si se muele trigo blando se obtiene harina, con la cual se hace pan, mientras que al moler trigo duro se obtiene s\u00e9mola para elaborar pastas.\u00a0 Se puede igual elaborar pastas con trigo blando pero\u00a0ser\u00edan\u00a0de menor calidad, con alto contenido de almid\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-10425 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.qenti.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/pasta-e1461611245121.jpg\" alt=\"pasta\" width=\"600\" height=\"406\" srcset=\"https:\/\/qenti.com\/medical\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/pasta-e1461611245121.jpg 600w, https:\/\/qenti.com\/medical\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/pasta-e1461611245121-300x203.jpg 300w, https:\/\/qenti.com\/medical\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/pasta-e1461611245121-480x325.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Entre el 60% y 70% est\u00e1n constituidas por <strong>hidratos de carbono<\/strong>\u00a0de absorci\u00f3n lenta (almid\u00f3n), el 12% \u2013 13% son prote\u00ednas (gluten), \u00a0aportan cada 60 grs (raci\u00f3n para una persona) 200 kcal, siendo casi nulo el aporte de grasas.\u00a0Son el combustible de nuestro organismo, necesarios para alimentar los m\u00fasculos ya que son quemados durante el ejercicio y aportan menos calor\u00edas que las grasas.<\/p>\n<p>Las pastas proveen de\u00a0energ\u00eda r\u00e1pida para el cuerpo y no se almacenan como grasa de reserva excepto que la raci\u00f3n ingerida supere lo necesario, que su elaboraci\u00f3n, cocci\u00f3n y\/o acompa\u00f1amiento sea en base a grasa o que no realicemos actividad f\u00edsica, posterior a la ingesta.<\/p>\n<p>La cocci\u00f3n en demas\u00eda, el agregado de aceite al agua de la pasta para reducir la viscosidad y si se\u00a0 le agrega para servirla una salsa a base de carne y\/o crema de leche, se guardar\u00e1 el mayor porcentaje como dep\u00f3sito de grasa en el organismo ya que la pasta act\u00faa como una esponja y absorber\u00e1 la grasa a\u00f1adida. En cambio el agregado de fibras ya sea en la composici\u00f3n de la harina o verduras\/vegetales como guarnici\u00f3n, har\u00e1 que los carbohidratos est\u00e1n disponibles como energ\u00eda muchas horas del d\u00eda, provocando sensaci\u00f3n de saciedad lo mismo que el gluten.<\/p>\n<p>Raz\u00f3n por lo que es mas recomendable ingerir el arroz y la pasta a mediod\u00eda, porque de esta manera, tenemos la tarde\/noche para poder quemar el az\u00facar en el que se transforman los carbohidratos, \u00fanica fuente de energ\u00eda valida para el cerebro. Pero la soluci\u00f3n est\u00e1 en la cantidad. Teniendo en cuenta que la porci\u00f3n a ingerir va a depender de la edad, el peso y el nivel de actividad f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p>Si se quiere comer arroz o pasta en la cena, deben ser peque\u00f1as porciones, priorizando las verduras y vegetales, evitando agregarles grasas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Dra.
