Si estabas pensando en convertirte en vegano por las siguientes razones, pi\u00e9nsalo muy bien ya que no conseguir\u00e1s el efecto deseado:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primer Mito: \u201cUna dieta vegana me asegura tener una vida libre de enfermedades\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Convertirse en vegano no es sin\u00f3nimo de buena salud. Como cualquier otra persona, un vegano que no esta adecuadamente orientado puede tener elecciones y combinaciones err\u00f3neas en su alimentaci\u00f3n diaria.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, tenemos que considerar que la salud no es \u00fanicamente dependiente de la alimentaci\u00f3n. Existen factores como la gen\u00e9tica que puede jugarnos un poco chueco y su efecto puede ser m\u00e1s fuerte que nuestro sistema inmunol\u00f3gico. Por otro lado algunos agentes externos a nuestro organismo (contaminaci\u00f3n ambiental, epidemias, lesiones, etc) pueden afectar en corto o a largo plazo nuestra salud.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Segundo mito:\u00a0\u201cSi hago una dieta vegana, lograr\u00e9 tener el cuerpo que siempre he deseado\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Como mencionaba, incorporar una dieta vegana sin ninguna supervisi\u00f3n puede provocar el efecto contrario: GANANCIA DE PESO. Adquirir h\u00e1bitos de alimentaci\u00f3n correctos al igual que en cualquier otro tipo de dieta, es lo ideal para conseguir un objetivo de composici\u00f3n corporal adecuada y un peso saludable.<\/p>\n<p>No es f\u00e1cil conseguir los productos veganos y debes saber que en el mercado tambi\u00e9n hay mucha comida chatarra para \u00e9ste sector; por lo tanto la planeaci\u00f3n de tu d\u00eda, al igual que cualquier otro tipo de estilo de vida, se convierte en un tema prioritario.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tercer mito:\u00a0\u201cLa dieta crudi-vegana es la m\u00e1s saludable y me dar\u00e1 toda la energ\u00eda que necesito porque es rica en nutrientes\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las dietas basadas en alimentos crudos se cataloga como una de las dietas m\u00e1s restrictivas, por lo que tienen la desventaja de no aportar la cantidad de nutrientes recomendados para cubrir las necesidades diarias. En \u00e9ste tipo de dieta es muy d\u00edficil conseguir un adecuado aporte de prote\u00ednas y de calcio, por lo que la salud \u00f3sea y dental puede estar comprometida.<\/p>\n<p>Lo ideal es adoptar h\u00e1bitos saludables en cualquier patr\u00f3n de alimentaci\u00f3n que sea de tu preferencia para lograr tus metas de composici\u00f3n corporal, peso y salud.
