Se puede\u00a0comprar la merluza ya limpia y cortada en rodajas. Las cantidades de\u00a0ingredientes pueden variar en funci\u00f3n de los comensales que vayan a disfrutar de la receta.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez que tengamos la merluza ya limpia y cortada, comenzaremos a preparar las verduras que\u00a0vamos a utilizar\u00a0en nuestra receta. Nosotros solemos emplear cebolla, ajo, tomate y papas para formar\u00a0la guarnici\u00f3n de la merluza al horno, pero se puede agregar alguna otra verdura que m\u00e1s o sustituir\u00a0algunas de las que indicamos, la verdad es que la mayor\u00eda quedan bien como combinaci\u00f3n con las\u00a0dem\u00e1s y con la merluza.<\/p>\n<p>Vamos a pelar la cebolla, las papas, los ajos y a lavar bien el tomate. Las papas las vamos a cortar en\u00a0rodajas no demasiado gruesas, al igual que los ajos. La cebolla la cortamos en forma de juliana, y el\u00a0tomate lo troceamos en forma de daditos. En una sart\u00e9n amplia vertemos un poco de aceite de oliva\u00a0virgen, y cuando est\u00e9 caliente vamos a pasar bien el ajo y la cebolla, y cuando est\u00e9n doraditos, agregamos\u00a0el tomate troceado, junto a un poco de sal. Cocinamos durante unos 5 minutos a fuego suave,\u00a0removiendo de vez en cuando.<\/p>\n<p>Ponemos el horno a 180\u00baC y mientras llega a esa temperatura vamos a preparar una bandeja apta\u00a0para horno, la cubrimos con un poco de aceite de oliva, y sobre ella colocamos una cama de\u00a0papas y sobre la misma volcamos el contenido de la sart\u00e9n. Agregamos un vaso\u00a0de vino blanco y encima de la verdura colocamos las rodajas de merluza, y horneamos unos 25\u00a0minutos, para que la merluza quede bien hecha pero sin resecarse demasiado por dentro.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00a0sacarla del horno la emplatamos con un poco de perejil picado por encima y acompa\u00f1\u00e1ndola con\u00a0un poco de la guarnici\u00f3n de papas y verduras que hemos hecho.<\/p>\n<p>Y a disfrutar de esta\u00a0magn\u00edfica receta, que esperamos que les resulte tan sabrosa como a nosotros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Lic.
